Our capabilities

Circuit design to PCB

At Casemate Technologies, we will help with specifications, circuit design, digital circuit testing, to PCB design with ALTIUM© Designer and fabrication. We have a fast, iterative process that will have prototype boards becoming production PCBs in no time.

Form Factor

Casemate Technologies is familiar with modern and legacy industry standard form factors such as VME and PC104.
Custom form factors can be designed, as necessary.

Processors & FPGAs

Whether the task includes modern x64 multi-core processors, microcontrollers, or a combination of these and FPGAs, our team has the expertise and knowledge about it all. Memory

Design for a board must require memory in a capacity. Depending on the board design and application, an external solid-state drive can be supported for full extensibility.

Input-Outputs

Analog and digital I/O processing is the heart of embedded systems in its entirety. Whatever standard, from I2C to SPI, to pure analog voltage or amperage, processing must occur, and digital outputs or measurements must be recorded.

Serial-Ethernet Communications

Useful for debugging and other more system dependent operations, serial and ethernet are possibly the most used communication method for embedded systems.

WiFi, 4G-LTE And GPS

Wireless Ethernet, 4G-LTE cellular and GPS interfaces can be added, as necessary.
